I'm Juan, System Engineer at Kossan Rubber Industries Bhd. I began my journey by diving into real-world challenges, upgrading legacy systems, supporting production-critical platforms, and managing enterprise tools across divisions. As subject matter expert for KPCSv1 and KPCSv2.

My current responsibilities include modernizing Delphi applications (from Delphi 5 to Delphi 12), managing SQL databases using SSMS, supporting SAP B1 UAT and demo training, and providing remote support via RDC, TVNC, and osTicket. I also plan and craft the cybersecurity awareness initiatives to promote safe digital practices across the organization.

Prior to this, I interned at HeiTech Padu Berhad as a UI/UX & System Designer in the Marketing Communication (Marcomm) department. I designed user-centric interfaces and developed front-end modules for digital platforms (HeiDi). I contributed to product profiling strategies, microsite development (including JPJ portal) and multimedia content such as corporate videos (AwanHeiTech) and promotional materials (Secure-X). I also supported Smart Parking Project events and helped manage departmental workloads and portfolio strategies. I also had the opportunity to attend a cybersecurity awareness program for KPDN projects in Terengganu (Zon Timur), in collaboration with HeiTech Padu Berhad, which deepened my understanding of digital safety in public sector initiatives.

This blend of system design and system engineering gives me a unique perspective on building systems that are not only functional but also user-friendly and impactful.

I'm passionate about solving problems, learning new technologies, and growing into a systems architect who builds secure, scalable, and efficient infrastructure. Let's connect.

• Subject matter expert in KPCSv1 and KPCSv2
• Involves the KPCSv1 system upgrade project, transitioning from Delphi 5 to Delphi 12, with involvement in the data migration phase and system modernization efforts.
• Perform user support for the Kossan Production Control System (KPCS) across both the Rubber and Glove divisions, ensuring operational continuity and resolving system-related issues.
• Execute system modifications based on user requests, including updates to machine downtime records and production data.
• Manage and query databases using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) to maintain and update system data.
• Conduct demo training sessions and oversee UAT for SAP B1 & SAP AddOn modules to ensure system readiness.
